Our system is designed to be "highly available" and will scale to process any number of requests. We aim for 99.99% uptime or higher and you can check the current uptime on our service status page.

Never! It's free for as long as you need it. You can receive 25 feedbacks in any calendar month. This is great for light use or during testing and development. There is no time limit on our free plan so you can keep using it as long as you like.

You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the plans section of your dashboard.

If you have already subscribed to a plan then changing plan is easy. Simply select the new plan and any remaining unused credit will be discounted from your first payment for the new plan.
